KCB head coach Frank Ouna was far from pleased by hose Posta Rangers approached the game in the barren draw between the two sides on Thursday 7 February in Machakos.
The closely fought duel witnessed crunch tackles that mostly went unpunished. Both teams failed to utilize the chances they created and in the end settled for a point a point apiece.
Speaking after the match, Ouna Ouna talked of his displeasure at how Posta approached and played the game.
“I am disappointed by the nature of the rough game our opponents played today, they were very negative and we witnessed some very bad tackles. There was so much bad blood from the other side, I would have had wished they would let the game roll a bit, we could have enjoyed the game,” he said.
The former Wazito FC tactician noted that his side struggled to play with two strikers upfront and said that it’s something they will have to work on.
“I started with 4-2-2 formation and it didn’t go very well and I think I need to work on it more,” he added.
Next for KCB is a match against Mt. Kenya United.
