Week 21 of the second tier FKF National Super League continues on Wednesday 20th with six matches on the roster- key among those is one set for the Moi Stadium in Kisumu as the division’s leading scorer Dennis Oalo heads home.
Nairobi Stima, third on the NSL log, take on Oalo’s former side Kisumu All Stars from 3 pm. Alongside Oalo will also tag another former All Stars man Austine Ochieng as they take aim at their former club.
The Kisumu side, on the other hand, will be buoyed by the fact that a win on Wednesday brings them up to level terms with the Naivasha outfit, and- also, resuscitate their promotion dreams after losing a few key players in the ongoing window.
Joint leaders Wazito FC and Ushuru FC are also in action on Wednesday, the Taxmen hosting Fortune Sacco at the Ruaraka Grounds from 1 pm while Wazito will be entertained by Kangemi All Stars at Jericho’s Camp Toyoyo from 2 pm.
Wazito’s clash against All Stars will be the second of a tripleheader at the grounds as FC Talanta- 5th on the NSL log, will have done battle with Bidco United from 11 am.
To close the day’s business at Toyoyo, therefore, will be a battle of former premiership sides Nairobi City Stars up against Shabana FC from 4:15 pm.
City narrowly lost to leaders Wazito last time out and will be on the lookout for only their second win of the season when Shabana comes calling. The Kisii side, on the other hand, comes from dropping points at home to St Joseph Youth and will themselves on the hunt for a bounce back.
