KCB breeze past Bidco to book Shield semi-final slot

KCB are through to the semi-finals of the FKF Shield Cup; this after defeating Bidco United 4-1 in the two teams’ quarter-final clash staged at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Sunday 21 April.

Bolton Omwenga, Kennedy Owino, Victor Omondi and Michael Kibwage got the goals for Frank Ouna’s charges who now join Bandari FC and SS Assad in the last four.

Bandari and Assad progressed on Saturday and will play each other for a chance to make it to the final.

Defending champions Kariobangi Sharks are currently taking on Bungoma Superstars at the Machakos ground in the final quarter-final match-up.

Whoever progresses between them will face the bankers in the semis.
