Wazito FC are one win away from securing a top three National Super League (NSL) finish and will be hoping to do just that when they take on fellow promotion chasers Nairobi Stima at the Camp Toyoyo on Saturday 35 May when round 35 takes centre stage.
The top of the table clash will see leaders Wazito face off against 3rd place Stima with both teams separated by four points.
A win for Wazito will see them secure a top three finish with two games left to play as they will have accumulated an assailable gap of eight points between them and 4th placed Ushuru FC.
Wazito sit pretty at the top with 75 points, poised to make a return back to the topflight after their 2018 demotion while Stima, sitting on the promotion playoff slot, are tied at 71 points with 2nd placed Kisumu All Stars.
The game will be the early kick off of the round and the first game of a planned triple header at the Camp Toyoyo.
As the promotion race continues to get tighter, the relegation race also looks like going all the way down to the wire with the bottom five teams all separated by just four points.
Green Commandos sit bottom with 27 points with Migori Youth, Nairobi City Stars, Thika United and Kangemi All Stars all in that relegation bracket.
All Stars and City Stars will do battle in the second game at the Camp Toyoyo which is bound to be a cracker.
