Kenyan referee Mary Njoroge is set for her second match at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup in France, having been appointed for the Tuesday 18 June match pitting Italy against Brazil in Group C.
Njoroge, who was first in action in the clash pitting Japan and Scotland on Friday 14 June, will serve here as the fifth official, with the match scheduled for Stade du Hainaut in Valenciennes.
Mexican match officials will be at the center of the game; Lucila Vegas has been picked as the center referee with assistance from Mayte Chavez and Enedina Caudillo.
American Ekaterina Koroleva will be the fourth official and Spaniard Carlos del Cerro Grande will serve as the Video Assistant Referee with assistance from Tiago Martins (Portugal) and Luciana Mascarana (Uruguay).
The match is scheduled for a 10pm EAT kickoff.
