The national women’s team, Harambee Starlets, is set to hit camp on Sunday 14 July for the upcoming 2020 Olympic two-legged qualifier against Malawi set for August.
A provisional squad of 39 players has been named and will be in camp for five days with training sessions set to be held at the Camp Toyoyo.
The squad comprises of only local based players with reigning WPL champions Vihiga Queens having the most representation with 11 players.
Starlets received a bye from the first round to reach the second with Malwai seeing off fellow COSAFA region rivals Mozambique 14-1 on aggregate.
The first-leg will be played in Malawi on August 26 with the return-leg being played a week later in Nairobi on September 1.
