Four players have been suspended for round 8 of the National Super League (NSL) which will be played on Friday 11 October.
The four are Thomas Onyiego (St Joseph Youth), Edward Odhiambo (Migori Youth), Sylvanus Ochieng (Kibera Black Stars) and Rodgers Okumu (Coast Stima) who will all miss their respective teams’ fixtures as a result of red cards received in the previous round.\
A total of 17 red cards have so far been dished out this season with Migori, Bidco United, Murang’a Seal, Northern Wanderers and Vihiga United all having had two dismissals each. Nine teams out of the 20 in the division have had clean slates in this regard.
St Joseph are scheduled to take on Coast Stima at the Mbaraki Sports Complex from 3PM, the same time that Migori Youth will play host to Fortune Sacco at the Awendo Green Stadium. And in Mumias, Kibera Black Stars will be away to Vihiga United from 2PM.
