Migne picks 22 for Ghana trip as Harambee Stars wraps up qualifiers

The Kenya national team Harambee Stars will be up against Ghana’s Black Stars on Saturday 23 March and the team left for the West African nation early on Thursday 21 March for the match set to be staged at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Head coach Sebastien Migne picked 22 players for the clash with the most notable absentee being Zambia based Jesse Jackson Were, while newly called up Christopher Mbamba makes the trip.

Masoud Juma

Masoud Juma is back in the team, and he is expected to fill in the slot left vacant by Michael Olunga, who will miss this match with injury, while Pistone Mutamba is included after graduating from the U23 team.

There’s also no place in the team for the suspended Aboud Omar but with Erick Ouma in, Migne will not have a headache filling in the left back position.
