Kenyan international Michael Olunga was on the mark once again for his Qatar club Al Duhail who drew 1–1 against Al Ahli of Saudi Arabia in the second match of the Asian Champions League tournament on Sunday.
Olunga scored the opener for Al Duhail in the 53rd minute after a barren first half in which both teams lost a number of chances.
The Kenyan finished off a superbly taken cross by Edmilson Junior from the right wing.
However, Al Duhail’s lead did not last long as Omar Al Somah equalised for the home team ten minutes later.
After the results on Sunday, Al Duhail are top of Group ‘C’ after collecting four points from two matches.
They are well on course to make it to the second round of the tournament something that eluded them last year.
