Former international and Gor Mahia legend John ‘Bobby’ Ogolla is back on the bench after he was appointed head coach of Super league side Kenya Police.
He replaces Francis Mwangi who has of late been struggling to keep the club on their way to qualifying for the top league.
Police chairman Nyale Munga, who supervised the unveiling urged the new coach to bring forth his wealth of experience and bulk of knowledge to transform the team from its current state of apoptosis.
He expressed confidence that ‘Bobby’ a man of white hair and a three time winner of CECAFA Cup in his heyday, with his vast experience in coaching will surely bring a positive impact to the club.
Police is currently ranked high in the National Super League and is sending goose bumps to its opponents with its exemplary performance in the soccer arena this season with a core objective of climbing to the first tier League next season.
