While other countries will be represented by atleast two clubs, Kenya will have only one team-Tusker as Gor Mahia are yet to confirm their participation.
The draw for the tournament will be held on Tuesday according to CECAFA Executive Director Auka Gacheo.
“This tournament will help our teams in the region prepare for the CAF competitions that start in September.
We shall also have a guest team from Malawi to spice up the tournament,” Auka told the association’s website.
